Dealer Information and Price Sheet

Our goal is to make your experience with us as effortless, pleasant, and profitable as possible.  We charge no commission on products sold from rented space, and collect and pay all sales tax.  We provide all of the staffing;  however, we encourage those of you who can demonstrate your talents in the store to do so.

All items sold mut be preapproved (juried) to ensure that they meet the quality standards of Peddler' Patch.  Other factors considered will be variety and marketability.  We don't want you to rent space if it's not profitable for you.  The approval process takes about one week from the time we receive photos, decriptions, and price ranges of your products. 

Our space is competitively priced with the most common being:

4' x 3'     $45.00 per month
5' x 3'     $50.00 (inside units) per month
5' x 3'     $55.00 (outside walls) per month
Wall pace and end caps:  3' - $30.00 or 6' - $50.00 per month
Individual shops - $150.00 per month (personalized sign with 6 month lease).
Larger open floor space - $1.25 / square foot.
Consignment Items -  Consignment Fee 35% of selling price
                                  *5% fee for Credit Card purchases.

Standard lease is 3 months with automatic month to month terms to follow at the end of the lease.  First and last months rent is to be paid in advance.
